Shrouded Fable booster pack

Scarlet & Violet—Shrouded Fable is a special set of the Scarlet & Violet era, released on 2 August 2024. This compact 64-card set (99 with secret rares) leans into villainy and mystery: it marks the TCG debut of the Mythical Pokémon Pecharunt and the Loyal Three — Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti — all arriving as Pokémon ex.

Built from Japan’s Night Wanderer set, Shrouded Fable is best known for its striking ukiyo-e (woodblock print) special art cards and for continuing the ACE SPEC line — including Neutralization Zone, the first-ever ACE SPEC Stadium card. Revavroom ex, Kingdra ex and the returning Bloodmoon Ursaluna round out the roster.

Prepare for shadowy secrets and toxic tricks! Rumors swirl and memories deceive as the march of time beats on in the land of Kitakami. Pecharunt ex commands the Loyal Three — Okidogi ex, Munkidori ex and Fezandipiti ex — while Revavroom ex and Kingdra ex round out a set full of villainous teams, evil doings, and otherwise shady behavior in the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet—Shrouded Fable expansion!

Set Highlights: Pecharunt & the Loyal Three

Shrouded Fable is all about villainy. The Mythical Pecharunt makes its TCG debut and pulls the strings of the Loyal Three — Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti — each arriving as a Pokémon ex, joined by Revavroom ex and the returning Kingdra ex.

English version vs. Japanese Variations

In Japan, Shrouded Fable’s cards come from Night Wanderer (ナイトワンダラー, sv6a), a “reinforced expansion pack” subset released on 7 June 2024. The English Shrouded Fable is a special set built from Night Wanderer plus extra cards, reaching a 64-card main set (99 with secret rares). The Japanese release carries the Night Wanderer name, logo and packaging rather than the English branding.

  • Shrouded Fable is a special set — a compact 64-card main run (99 with secret rares) built from Japan’s Night Wanderer, themed around villainy, shadows and toxic tricks.
  • It marks the TCG debut of the Mythical Pokémon Pecharunt, which commands the Loyal Three (Okidogi, Munkidori and Fezandipiti) — all debuting as Pokémon ex.
  • The set is famous for its ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock print) special art cards, a striking departure from the usual TCG illustration style.
  • Neutralization Zone (60/64) is the first-ever ACE SPEC Stadium card; Shrouded Fable added three ACE SPECs in total, with Dangerous Laser and Poké Vital A.
  • Its Trainer line-up leans into villains: Cassiopeia, Colress’s Tenacity, Janine’s Secret Art and Xerosic’s Machinations reference antagonists from across the series.
  • Fezandipiti ex’s Flip the Script Ability made it one of the most-played cards in the competitive format for well over a year.
