Minccino—Neat and Tidy! is the 13th episode of Pokémon: Black & White, the fourteenth season of the Pokémon anime, and the 666th episode of the English dub overall (Japanese episode 671, Bulbapedia code BW013). It first aired in Japan on 16 December 2010 and in the United States on 30 April 2011. It falls within the season’s The road to Nacrene stretch (EP8–EP13).
The premiere misspelled Minccino “Mincinno” on the title card and in the Who’s That Pokémon? segment, corrected in later airings.
Synopsis
Ash meets the scatterbrained new Trainer Bianca, who is delivering his Badge case from Professor Juniper, and helps her catch the Minccino that steals it. Bianca’s bicycle knocks Ash and Cilan into a river, and before Ash can open the case, Minccino snatches it and beats Bianca’s Pignite and Ash’s Oshawott with Hyper Voice, Tickle and Double Slap.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket arrive in Nacrene City and look for its museum. Bianca baits a trap with one of Cilan’s spoons, and Ash sends out Snivy, who falls for Attract, so Pikachu weakens Minccino with Thunderbolt. Bianca throws a dusty Poké Ball, and the neat-freak Pokémon cannot resist cleaning it and is caught.
Ash gets his case back, and at the Pokémon Center Nurse Joy confirms that his Egg is healthy. Bianca challenges him to a one-on-one battle, but Pikachu defeats Pignite with Volt Tackle. Undaunted, she promises to get stronger, wishes Ash luck at the Nacrene Gym and dashes off.
