Synopsis
Cilan wins the trust of a shell-less Dwebble and catches it after the group help it reclaim its home from three bullies. Beside a stream the travellers watch the Dwebble carve a new shell from a rock with its claws and saliva, only for three other Dwebble to steal it. Pansage follows them underground but returns empty-handed and is accidentally hit by the shell-less Dwebble, which apologises but refuses help.
That evening Pansage comes down with a fever, and Iris makes medicine from a herb she gathered while Dwebble keeps watch beside him. Meanwhile, Team Rocket break into the Antimony Research Lab and steal data on the Meteonite.
The next morning Cilan’s plan separates the thieves with bowls of food, and the shell-less Dwebble beats them one by one. When the leader hides behind the stolen shell, Dwebble shatters it with Shell Smash and the bully flees. Team Rocket report their success to Pierce, and Dwebble follows Cilan until he catches it.
