Where Did You Go, Audino? is the 35th episode of Pokémon: Black & White, the fourteenth season of the Pokémon anime, and the 688th episode of the English dub overall (Japanese episode 693, Bulbapedia code BW035). It first aired in Japan on 9 June 2011 and in the United States on 1 October 2011. It falls within the season’s Rocks, fossils, fish & film stretch (EP34–EP38).
Synopsis
Cilan turns detective to solve a string of Audino disappearances, which turn out to be the work of Team Rocket. Arrested by Officer Jenny and two young Trainers, Christie and Doyle, after meeting a dazed Audino in the fog, the friends learn that many Audino, including Nurse Joy’s, have vanished from the town.
The group split up to guard the last three Audino, fitted with tracking devices, but the Pokémon wander off in a trance. Christie’s Gothita and Doyle’s Solosis stop two with Telekinesis and Psychic, and Cilan deduces that low-frequency sound waves are luring them, so Ash sends out sound-sensitive Roggenrola to follow.
The Audino pull up a ladder and break a bridge behind them, but Gothita and Solosis carry the group across to an abandoned wind farm where Team Rocket are using the Audino to power Dr. Zager’s radar device. Roggenrola smashes the machine with Stone Edge, the freed Audino attack the trio, and Officer Jenny credits Roggenrola as the case’s hero.
