Synopsis

Robbed of her pendant and her recent memories, Liko wanders Levincia believing she has just enrolled at Indigo Academy, until Dot, as Nidothing, teams up with Gym Leader and streamer Iono to find her with a city-wide livestream chase. Liko remembers only becoming Sprigatito’s Trainer and wonders why she is in Paldea; her Rotom Phone shows only static, and when Sprigatito scratches her she has a strange feeling of having lived this moment before. Aboard the Brave Olivine, the crew grows worried when she does not return, and reports from Artazon send Friede and Roy there, while Ludlow remarks that not everything worth seeking can be seen with the eyes. Liko finds one of Lucius’s Ancient Poké Balls in her bag and chases Sprigatito through the streets after it runs off with it. Spinel, studying the pendant, notes that its crystal resembles the one inside a Tera Orb, while Roy follows a Corvisquire with Wattrel and ends up lost in Levincia.

Friede realises the Artazon reports were false and that the Magneton behind the ship’s troubles must belong to a Trainer far subtler than Amethio. Frustrated, Dot contacts Iono, Levincia’s Gym Leader and a popular streamer, who agrees to a collaboration stream with Nidothing. In the central square, Liko is startled when Iono introduces Nidothing and announces a challenge: find Nidothing’s friend and subscriber “Sprigatito Love” somewhere in the city. Realising she is the target, Liko runs as the crowd recognises her, and Iono turns the search into a chase. Dot tells the crew that Liko is in Levincia and joins Friede, bringing Quaxly at his suggestion. Fleeing behind Leafage and Quick Attack, Liko keeps having flashes of memory, Onia’s Skarmory, the ease of her teamwork with Sprigatito, the sunset on the ship’s deck.

Atop a skyscraper Liko reaches towards the full moon as she did when her journey began, and her memories return in full. At a gap between buildings she remembers making a similar leap, sees Roy and Dot on the opposite rooftop and, remembering the friends she met by stepping out, jumps with Sprigatito and lands safely. She is shocked to learn that the girl with Roy is Dot, before Iono descends in a Flying Taxi to praise her for entertaining Levincia, and Nidothing thanks her too. Spinel, locking the pendant in a case, admits she is stronger than he expected. Only then does Liko notice that her pendant is gone; she recalls bumping into someone in an alley, and Friede identifies the Beheeyem she describes as the one he fought, which let the thief steal the pendant and erase her memories. Reasoning that the thief must still be nearby, Friede declares that the Rising Volt Tacklers will strike back.
