Synopsis

Oshawott finally learns to open its eyes underwater and masters Aqua Jet, and both Ash and Cilan make catches at a lakeside camp. Ash tries to force Oshawott’s eyes open in the lake and is chased out by Water Gun. Back at camp, Scraggy headbutts a group of Foongus, whose Poison Powder poisons nearly all the group’s Pokémon.

Iris stays with the sick Pokémon while Ash, Cilan and Oshawott search the lake bed for Remeyo Weed. When a Palpitoad leads a group of Tympole in an attack, Oshawott opens its eyes, reflects Bubble Beam and drives them off, and then a hidden Stunfisk shocks Ash and Oshawott out of the water.

Cilan spins Stunfisk until it is dizzy as Palpitoad attacks again; Oshawott takes a Mud Shot and defeats Palpitoad with a perfect Aqua Jet. Ash catches Palpitoad and Cilan catches the dizzy Stunfisk. Oshawott retrieves the Remeyo Weed, and Iris turns it into medicine that cures everyone.
